Order Processing

All orders are subject to product availability and successful payment confirmation before processing. If an item is out of stock or if further verification is needed (e.g. for payment security), we will reach out to you via the contact details provided with your order.

Product Appearance

Product images shown on our website and/or app (both desktop and mobile) are for illustrative purposes only. While we strive to represent colors and details as accurately as possible, the display settings on your device may affect how these appear. As a result, the actual product color may vary slightly from what you see online. Packaging may also differ from the images shown.

Estimated Delivery Times

We aim to dispatch orders within five working days after processing and can take 1-4 weeks dependingg your location. During peak periods such as holidays or sale events, delivery may take between 1-5 weeks. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. Please note that tracking updates may take up to 72 hours to become available online.

International Orders & Customs

For international deliveries, your order may be subject to customs duties and taxes once it reaches your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot estimate what they may be. Customs procedures may also result in additional delivery delays. By placing an international order, you agree to act as the “importer of record” and to comply with the import regulations of your country. We are not liable for any issues arising from non-compliance.

Undeliverable or Refused Shipments

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or is refused by the recipient, we cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or incorrect delivery. Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate at the time of ordering.

Order Inspection

Please inspect your items upon delivery to ensure they meet your expectations. If there is an issue with your order, contact us at info@everythingkokolishi.com as soon as possible. Be sure to include your order number, contact information, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence where applicable.

Force Majeure (Events Beyond Our Control)

We are not liable for any delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, extreme weather, acts of war or terrorism, labor disputes, or actions by governmental authorities.

Pickup (in store)

pick up is only available in Curacao At the Kokolishi store , Hanchi Snoa 21 - Punda . Pickup is free & usually ready in 24 hours.

You will get an e-mail when your order is ready for pickup (pls dont forget to check your SPAM). Please bring your confirmation email & ID upon picking up your order.

Payment terms

We have a wide range of paymenst available ( Paypal, Visa, Mastercard) or direct bank transfers. We will be charging sales tax to all orders according to The Dutch Caribbean sales tax regulations.

When placing your order and using “Bank deposist / Tikkie” We will only process your order after payment is well recieved.

Pickup can be done after we sent you an confirmation email that your order is ready.

When placing an order and not fulfilling your payment within 3 buss. days the order will cancel & go up for sale. 

Returns & Exchanges
All items are final sale within 3 days, no refunds.
